Concentric Power
We’re proud to work with innovative companies that are leading the charge in their respective industries. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with Concentric Power, the next generation provider of energy products, to help them create a powerful brand identity that truly reflects their commitment to high-efficiency energy modules for onsite electric power generation.
This was one of the most fun projects I’ve ever worked on. Concentric Power wanted a unique way to showcase their cogeneration plant at a tradeshow, so we transformed the concept into something completely unexpected: a custom Lego kit.
I designed the plant as a Lego model, created step-by-step instruction booklets, and folded them down to fit neatly with the pieces. To bring it to life, I went to the Lego store, sourced every part, and even added custom stickers to brand the finished model.
The kits were produced in a run of 200 and handed out at the tradeshow, giving attendees a memorable, hands-on way to connect with the company. It wasn’t just a giveaway, it was an experience that turned complex technology into something approachable, playful, and unforgettable.
Our goal was to develop a brand identity that would represent the overlapping disciplines of engineering, operations, maintenance, and finance expertise that are the cornerstone of Concentric Power’s products and services. To achieve this, we started with concentric circles, which symbolize the interconnected nature of these disciplines, and carried the motif of overlapping circles throughout every touch point of the brand.
From there, we developed a comprehensive identity system that was applied to everything from the company’s field trucks to their website. We used drone photography to showcase the high-tech, cutting-edge nature of Concentric Power’s products and services, and we designed a website that was both visually stunning and highly functional, providing customers with a clear understanding of what sets Concentric Power apart from the competition.
