Challenging the conventional socket packaging, we designed an unexpected  box opening experience for a minimal cost. It was imperative that LIM’s sense of innovation and quality be incorporated in the packaging design. The socket come shipped in the signature baby blue box. So from the first site when the box gets dropped off,  the customer knows they have a product from LIM Innovations. Inside filled with custom wrapping paper the socket is nestled in  bright red custom branded bag, creating a touching moment of discovery.   

The patients first user experience with LIM Innovations helped reinforce the premium aspect of the Infinite Socket and naturally justifying the upgrade. The experience actually extends across multiple channels because this is a very intimate product…. it’s a body part. The customer will be using every day of their life.
