Design That Understands Insurance

Most designers can make things look good.
Very few know how to make things look good while speaking the language of insurance.

For years, I worked inside the insurance world, at Arrowhead General Insurance, Robertson Insurance, McSherry Hudson Insurance, and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Company. Those years weren’t just about policies and premiums; they taught me how this industry thinks, communicates, and earns trust.

When I founded Casella Creative, that experience came with me. I know what it’s like to sit in a compliance meeting, to prep for audits, to launch new programs for agents and brokers who have a thousand other things competing for their attention. I know the stakes when you’re presenting loss-control data or creating marketing that has to be accurate, compliant, and human at the same time.

That perspective helps me bridge a gap that many outside agencies struggle with. I can design training materials, brand campaigns, infographics, and presentations that speak to both regulators and customers, without losing the clarity or the creativity.

Here’s what that means for insurance companies and agencies:

  • Clearer communication: materials that simplify complex policies

  • Faster approvals: graphics built with compliance in mind from the start

  • Stronger connection: campaigns that feel trustworthy because they understand the industry

Insurance is all about managing risk. Good design is about removing uncertainty in how you present yourself. Casella Creative exists at that intersection. Where visuals don’t just look sharp, they build confidence.

If you work in insurance marketing, loss control, training, or product launches and need a creative partner who already understands your world, I’d love to connect.
